Found none until yesterday, cost 35 bucks. Didn't ask if it was applied like a preorder should be, just left the Best Buy. Will probably have to go back seeing as no other places have any. Alberta, Ca. [Edit: It does count to the final cost, called to asked. Would have been silly if it didn't...]

When I called around people didn't have a clue what I was talking about.
Just checked, bestbuy.ca finally has Nightfall listed.

Fry's Electronics in Oxnard California has several Pre Order Packs.

EB Games (6 locations in Ventura County California) has no clue.

Best Buy said they have them ordered but has not received them.

Comp USA has them listed in inventory but does not see them on the shelves.

Outpost.com won't send the pre order packs until Nightfall release Oct 26.

I live in Ventura County so the listings I have here are for Ventura County Areas only.

Pensacola, Fl EB Games got theirs in about a week after the actual PBP release. To those that pre-ordered, or possibly the regulars as I'm always there bothering them, they were given free. They now started charging $5 for them.

The local Best Buy has two things offered. The Pre-Order for $10, which does go towards your copy of NF. And they offer the PBP serperately for $9 which does not give you credit towards purchase of NF. Not sure if the PBP are still stocked, but they did offer the pre-order till about 2 weeks ago and the PBP has only been avaliable for around 1 week there.

Target hasnt gotten theirs in yet, I work there and know when the preorder packs come in. Theirs usually sit on the new release end-cap and pre-orders and trials run from $.99-$1.99.

Wollongong, NSW, Australia EB. Claimed they got no additional pre-release packs to hand out. They received one for someone who pre-ordered earlier and they send a pack especially for him but as it was "first come first served" they couldn't get me one. All other stores on in South Coast/South Sydney had very few or none to begin with so had none by the time I got there one week after the pre-release pack was available (stores: Shellharbour, Warrawong, Miranda).

I took Hurstville's last pack about a week after failing to get one in Wollongong. I was able to get a second from a Sydney Pitt St store just last weekend.

All displayed the "get a pre-order bonus" poster even if they had no pre-order packs remaining.

It seems that the distribution in Sydney was based on store location/popularity rather than previous preorders from the location.

There were plenty in my part of the UK. About 20 in both Game(£1.99 ea), 10 in GameStation(free), and a few in HMV. And that was only a few days ago, so they havnt been running out really.

Saturn in Gummersbach (Germany / NRW) had 3 pieces of it. 1 after we left the store. But supply seemed to be pretty low on Guildwars there. They had however like 30 pieces of WoW but not a single piece of Guildwars Prophecies and only one of Factions.
It's actually quite hard to buy GuildWars in Germany outside of the large cities and even there, it's often sold out after half an hour.

Neither of the GameStops in Chico, CA had any idea what I was talking about... one then proceeded to try to sell me an xbox game... I don't own an xbox...
The bestbuy didn't have any when I last checked.

I just decided to buy online... Sure, I wont recieve it until the 28th, but oh well. Have midterms the next week anyways. Should study probably.

Well, that depends on If Wal-Mart is supposed to be carrying them or not. Personally, I live a long ways away from any actual electronics stores, the only places I have access to (And I am not making a 1-2 hour drive for a prerelease pack, unless I have another reason to be making that drive in the first place) are Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, etc.
